- Canada / Federal Corporations - $446.29 including tax
- Ontario Corporation - $527.79 including tax
The process usually takes between 30 and 90 days depending on the current status of the corporation. All documents will be delivered to you upon completion of dissolution.
Please
note that Corporation must file all applicable Annual reports and tax
returns before dissolution can proceed.

prior to dissolution. Contact us for more information.
In order to proceed with dissolution, we would require a copy of your incorporation documents, your authorization to dissolve the corporation and a copy of you final annual report and corporate tax report. If we are preparing corporate tax report on your behalf, a copy will not be required.
