ONTARIO CORPORATE DISSOLUTION PACKAGE

Please
note that Ontario corporation must file all applicable tax returns
before dissolution can proceed.

order to proceed with dissolution, we would require a copy of your
incorporation documents, your authorization to dissolve the corporation
and a copy of you final annual report and corporate tax report.
